About Us
Est. in 2016 Founded by Christopher Prascus
a veteran of the United States Air Force
member of the 421st Black Widow Fighter Squadron as an armament systems specialist. "Being deployed, I remember all too well missing out on holidays, birthdays and time with friends. If we were lucky enough to receive a care package it was the best, even more so if it contained beef jerky, it reminded us the most of home." Although the jerky in the care packages was good it wasn't great. Chris knew he could make it better by using old family recipes for slow smoked barbecue that were handed down from generation to generation and little help from his Uncle Paul who also served in the Air Force. And now we want to share it with you.

Family History
Chris' grand father Edward Carlyle served in World War II as a bombardier navigator. Before he passed he taught Chris the recipes to carry on the family tradition. "I wanted this to stand for something. To honor all those that have served and those that continue to serve our country. To share a piece of my family with yours. Served proudly by those that proudly served. We thank you."
